She shared the recipe for the most delicate lemongrass with FACTS famous Ukrainian actress and director Marina Yagodkina.
— With the onset of cold weather, the body especially needs positive emotions, – says Marina Yagodkina. – Lack of sun rays, summer activity and bright colors lead to a decrease in joy hormones. There are many ways to put yourself in a resourceful state, and one of them is to please yourself and your loved ones with something tasty, aromatic and healthy. My favorite today is the most delicate lemongrass.
The most delicate lemongrass
Crumb dough recipe:
Grind 200 g of butter from 500 g of flour, 0.5 teaspoons of salt + 0.5 teaspoons of soda + 100 g of sugar.
Grind 2 lemons + 2 oranges (with peel, but without seeds) + 400 g of sugar in a blender.
Spread three quarters of the dough crumbs into the pan (you can use parchment paper), pour in the filling and sprinkle the rest of the dough crumbs on top.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
I advise you to cut and eat the pie only when it has cooled down. Then the filling turns into a soft jelly and does not spread.
