The most vulnerable categories of Ukrainians are entitled to a variety of financial assistance, which, among other things, is provided by international organizations, in particular the UN.

As tells program coordinator of emergency financial assistance of the Charitable Foundation “Right to Protection” Natalia Bryl, The UN Refugee Agency does not directly collect data for assistance, now this function is performed by a charitable foundation. The BF employees consult people in 16 regions of the country and enter the data of people who fall under the criteria for multi-purpose financial assistance from UNHCR.
It is impossible to submit an online application for this type of assistance - data collection is carried out only with the personal presence of all family members applying for payments. Also, this one-time financial assistance can only be received by those individuals or families who have not previously applied for international financial assistance.
“If it is established that the receipt of financial assistance from other organizations or from UNHCR, the application will be regarded as a repeated one, and the funds will not be credited to this person again”, Natalya Bryl explains.
