Patties with potatoes on cottage cheese dough

• 125 g cheese

• 1 egg

• Salt (to taste)

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 tablespoon sour cream

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

• 200-230 g flour

• a pinch of soda

We mix all the ingredients, at the end we add the sifted flour. Knead soft dough. Let it stand a little. Then we form pies stuffed with mashed potatoes, to which, if desired, you can add greens or fried onions. We fry in hot oil.
