Despite the war, life goes on, Ukrainians both get married and separate. Therefore, many people have a question about whether they need to put a corresponding stamp in their passport. But it turns out that there is no need to run to any office for stamps, since the Verkhovna Rada abolished the mandatory affixing of a stamp in the passport about marriage and divorce as of October 1, 2019. All data is stored in the state register, explains lawyer Natalya Kovaleva.
“As for the divorce certificate, its publication depends on the method of divorce. When a marriage is dissolved by the civil registry office, the official document on the termination of the marriage is indeed a certificate of divorce. But if a marriage is dissolved through a court, then the official document is the decision of the court itself,” – explains the lawyer.
Persons whose marriage was dissolved in court after July 27, 2010, will no longer be issued a divorce certificate.
Previously, lawyers spoke about the most common stereotypes and refuted false information related to divorce.

I am currently working as a news website author at Daily News Hack. I mostly cover trending news and have been doing so for quite some time now. I have always had a keen interest in current affairs and the world around me, which is what led me to my current job.
I firmly believe that the best way to learn about something is by doing it yourself and that is why I love my job so much. It allows me to be constantly learning about new things and then sharing that knowledge with others.
I am also a big believer in the power of networking and building relationships. I think that LinkedIn is a great platform for connecting with like-minded people from all over the world.
