Dough:

  • 3 whole eggs + leftover cheese white

  • 150 g sugar

  • 60 ml oil

  • 100 ml milk

  • 300 g flour

  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa

  • 1 pack of baking powder (12 g)

Filling:

  • 500 g cheese

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • 1 sachet vanilla pudding

Additionally:

  • canned peaches or apricots

Cooking:

First mix the curd filling and set aside.

Mix the ingredients for the dough into a homogeneous mass.

Pour half of the dough into a greased pan, then add the curd mixture on top and press the peaches into it, cut side down. Pour in the rest of the dough.

Bake in the oven at 160-170 C for about 45 minutes.
