Ukrainians can apply for a pension, having the required amount of insurance experience of 60 years. But some people have the right to lower the retirement age, reminds the Social Information Platform.
A woman with a disability asked the editorial office whether she, raising five children, has the right to retire before the age of 60.
According to the law, mothers of five children have the right to a pension with a reduction in the retirement age upon reaching the age of 50 if they raised them up to six years and have at least 15 years of insurance experience.
Mothers of five children also have the right to receive a pension for special services to Ukraine. This pension is assigned in the amount of 35% of the subsistence minimum for disabled citizens. The supplement is paid together with the basic pension.
