On December 4, during the day, during the shelling of the city of Kherson, which after the infidels looks like a ghost town, there were hits in the building of the Kherson pre-trial detention center. This is reported by the Department for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions.
“Part of the premises were damaged, among the personnel were injured. The convicts and prisoners were moved in advance to pre-trial detention centers in other, safer regions. At present, the relevant services have been called, work is underway to properly process this event.”- reported in the department.
They added that by the decisions of the military-civilian leadership of the Kherson region and the Department, the evacuation of all persons who were in the pre-trial detention center after the de-occupation of the territory was carried out. The staff of the State Committee for Internal Affairs of Ukraine provides security for the institution.
The head of the Kherson OVA, Yaroslav Yanushevich, said that on December 4, the Russians fired on the Tauride microdistrict of Kherson.
“Enemy shells hit a multi-story building, walls, windows and a gas pipeline were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties among civilians.”he said.
The head of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA, Valentin Reznichenko, said that the Russians had also fired at the Nikopol region 5 times in the morning.
“We hit Nikopol itself and the Intercession community. A 23-year-old man died in the village of Kapulovka. He was busy in his yard when a Russian shell struck there. There is destruction”he said.
