The blood donation initiative took place for the first time in the company, but the company assures that there will be enough volunteers to support the culture of donation on an ongoing basis. We are even ready to scale up to other regions where the brand is present.
Weekday Tuesday turned for the team of Parimatch Tech and Parimatch Ukraine into the day of creating a new tradition - to donate blood for the military and Ukrainians who suffered as a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
There were more than fifty people wishing to become donors in the Kiev office of Parimatch. In total, 19 liters were collected during the day, and this is just the beginning.
“Now every help is important, even donating blood can save someone’s life. This is my first such experience, and I am very grateful to the company that I can help our military in the Armed Forces of Ukraine right in the office. There is always a need for blood, especially during hostilities, when it is not enough both at the front and in the cities that are now being liberated from the invaders, ” – shared her own impressions office manager Victoria.
Next month, Parimatch plans to launch a global blood collection initiative and attract teams in other countries where the brand operates. The initiative has already been supported by colleagues from Cyprus and Kazakhstan, where they will collect blood for hospitals.
