Epic Games and Steam are giving away three games for free. Users need to hurry up to add games to their account and enjoy them forever. The draw includes the Warhammer 40,000 classic Fallout: New Vegas and the puzzle game Hue.
It seems that gamers have been spoiled by stores offering free video games lately. Steam is increasingly becoming a competitor to the Epic Games Store. As of recently, users can get a total of three games for free.
Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition for free on the Epic Games Store
Fallout is a series that probably needs no introduction to anyone interested in video games. This week, Epic Games takes us on a nostalgic trip back a few years with Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition.
This is the final and most refined version of the hugely successful production that everyone should try. In addition to the main game, the bundle also includes all expansions – Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road – and a few smaller DLCs.
The promotion started yesterday and will last until June 1 at 17:00, that is exactly a week. Then the classic Epic will replace Fallout with new products for free. To assign a game to an account, simply click “Download” on the Fallout tab on the main page of the EGS store.
Warhammer 40,000: Gladius and Hue for free on Steam
Steam has also decided to ingratiate itself with the community by giving away two free games. The first takes us to the distant future. The free-to-play Warhammer 40,000: Gladius – Relics of War is a well-known 4X strategy game of 2018. Like other games of this type, it allows us to explore, expand, use resources and destroy enemies.
During the game, we take on the role of commander of one of the factions from the dark universe of Warhammer 40K. We have the Imperial Guard, Space Marines, Orcs and Necrons at our disposal. Combat and exploration are turn-based, and players must simultaneously strategically conquer territory and wage war, as well as manage diplomacy and develop their cities and outposts.
Warhammer 40,000: Gladius can be added to your account for free until 19:00 June 1st.
The second production is the indie game Hue. Released in 2016, the game tells the story of a mysterious hero who must save a loved one with the help of a ring that turns the world into different colors. The puzzle game has a strong storytelling and has received numerous awards, including for design or art direction.
