Machines can support not only business, but also government in Poland, experts say. To help officials, experts have prepared the first report on the use of AI tools in the public sector.
Logistics, transportation, banking, automotive, trade and medicine are just a few of the many areas in which AI-based tools are used on a daily basis. Machines not only help companies create accurate forecasts, but also use complex calculations and advanced algorithms to transform business processes. AI is also an integral part of scientific research and modern medicine.

According to experts, solutions using modern technologies can provide companies with an advantage over competitors and will also help solve many social problems. Artificial intelligence can support not only business, but also public administration in Poland, experts say. And they are calling on the public sector to take advantage of the opportunities offered by AI, which will soon become one of the most important technologies of the future.
The SoDA AI research group presented the report “Human-Artificial Intelligence Collaboration: Prospects for the Polish Public Sector.” This is the first study of this type conducted in Poland. The extensive publication was prepared by several dozen authors from 12 companies in the Polish new technology sector.
Here are the most interesting examples of artificial intelligence and GenerativeAI applications from business and public sector around the world. Various challenges associated with their effective use in national governance are also described.

“The report includes many publications, ranging from a collective analysis of the impact of AI on the public sector to specialized industry articles,” say the authors of the publication. Examples, they said, include the use of artificial intelligence in government services, healthcare, transport, education, justice, and culture and museums.
“The document contains a large collection of articles on issues and tasks useful in every area of the public sector, regardless of whether we are talking about a commune, a district or national institutions” – experts add.
– In our report, we go beyond theoretical considerations by presenting specific examples of the use of artificial intelligence in various business segments. says Sebastian Kondraki, chief innovation officer at Deviniti and board member of the SoDA AI Research Group program.
“Examples include the use of artificial intelligence in the treatment of cataracts at the University Hospital of Singapore, the use of chatbots by the US General Services Administration, the Gdynia Contact Center or serving the residents of Mississippi, even to the reconstruction of historical memorabilia by the Italian Institute of Technology,” we read.
