Following Rukh Lviv, which announced a divorce from head coach Leonid Kuchuk, another club in the Ukrainian Premier League decided not to continue working with a mentor from Belarus.
FC Lviv, which for the most part tied with Kryvbas in the 18th round of the UPL, announced on its official website that Oleg Dulub was dismissed from the post of head coach. Together with the Belarusian specialist, his assistant Alexander Granovsky will also leave the club.
It should be noted that the 57-year-old Dulub has been heading the Philistines since September 2021 (previously, the specialist also worked in Ukraine with Karpaty and Chornomorets), when he replaced Anatoly Bessmertny as a coach. This season, the Lviv team is on the last line in the standings, having scored 13 points after 17 games played (3 wins, 4 draws, 10 losses) and is five points behind the “saving” 12th place.
Earlier reported that “Lviv” won the battle of outsiders of the championship of Ukraine.
