David Kubacki still has a chance to reach the podium in the Raw Air 2023 cycle. Everything will be decided on Sunday, March 19, 2023. In turn, Halvor Egner Granerud won against Stefan Kraft and strengthened his leadership position.
In the Saturday competition in Vikersund, the wind opened the cards. Despite often poor conditions, only two jumpers were invincible. Of course, I’m talking about Halvor Egner Granerud and Stefan Kraft, who fought each other for victory to the end. As a result, it was the Norwegian who strengthened himself at the top of the Raw Air classification. Daniel Chofenig was on the bottom step of the podium.
Competitions in Vikersund: the average result of the white-red
Among the representatives of Poland, David Kubacki was the best, who took eighth place. Petr Zhyla jumped straight into the top ten. Kamil Stoch took 17th place, while Alexander Znishol finished the competition in 18th place.
Unfortunately, Andrzej Stenkala did not qualify for the second round, replacing the ailing Jakub Wolna. Unfortunately, Paweł Wąsek did not pass the Friday prologue.
