Jastrzebski Wengel has been struggling with many injuries lately. Before the match with PGE Skra Bełchatów, the club’s representatives reported the injury of Benjamin Toniutti, who sprained his ankle during one of the training sessions, and the expected return time is at least 2-3 weeks.

In other words, this is a disease of the disc located in the lumbar spine between the vertebrae L4 and L5. The symptoms of this discopathy are in most cases atypical, so patients often wait a long time for a correct diagnosis, and hence effective treatment.
