In May 2022, the Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Valentin Reznichenko, signed an agreement with Prime Realty-Service LLC for budget money to lease a warehouse with an area of ​​38.7 thousand sq. m. at the address st. Lyubarsky, 98, over 42.5 million hryvnia per month. This is evidenced by the signed agreement between Valentin Reznichenko and the director of Prime Realty Service LLC Svetlana Yashchenko. The lease documents were published on his Facebook page by well-known journalist Stanislav Rechinsky.

At the same time, as the journalist writes, the composition of the company “Nova Poshta”, located on the street. “The agreement with OOO Prime Realty-Service (42654069) is still in effect. Probably half of the amount or even more goes to Valentin Reznichenko. It is noteworthy that this is the first known case in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, when housing was rented by the authorities, and not transferred or received free of charge for temporary use. The rental of such a train is overpriced by 2-3 times compared to market offers at the beginning of 2022. It is also known that there are many empty warehouses in the Dnipro and the region, but Valentin Reznichenko needed this particular composition, ” writes journalist Stanislav Rechinsky.

Prime Realty-Service LLC, which owns the specified composition, according to Youcontrol, is owned by Denis Ostrovsky, who in Dnipro is called by journalists the man of People’s Deputy Vadim Nesterenko.
