Very soon the world will celebrate the year of the Green Wood Dragon, which promises to bring happiness and joy to representatives of many zodiac signs.
And soon after, on February 14, young people will enjoy Valentine’s Day, or Valentine’s Day. On this day, it would be very appropriate not only to send letters and love notes, but also to treat the person you like to a homemade cheesecake called “First Kisses,” advises the resource “Shuba”.
“This dessert has an incredible mixture of flavors! There is milk, aromatic vanilla, and orange, and the most important thing is that this dish is surprisingly easy to prepare! And even if you don’t know how to turn on the oven, but you know which side the refrigerator door opens from, you will definitely succeed in “First Kisses!” – say the authors of the recipe.
Required Products
-
Orange juice – 200 ml.
-
Gelatin – 15 g
-
Water – 80 ml
-
Jelly powder – 1 sachet
-
Cookies – 150 g
-
Butter 82% – 40 g
-
Cream 35% – 300 ml
-
Fermented milk cheese – 400 g
-
Vanilla sugar – 15 g
-
Powdered sugar – 100 g
-
Mixture of dried fruits – to taste.
Preparation
Crush the cookies, add melted butter to it.
Place the cookie mixture into the mold (it should be lined with parchment) and smooth with a spatula. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in warm water and leave to swell.
Beat the cream with a mixer. Consistently add powdered sugar or cottage cheese, vanilla essence or vanilla sugar, without ceasing to beat.
Heat the gelatin solution in a water bath to obtain a liquid with a consistency similar to thick butter. Add to whipped mixture, stir until smooth. If you used jelly instead of gelatin, simply add half the solution to the whipped mixture (the jelly should not be hot) and stir as well.
Place the curd mixture on top of the cookie mixture and smooth with a spatula. Place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges or pour the prepared orange juice into a bowl. Dissolve 6 g of gelatin with juice and leave to swell. Heat in a water bath until you get an orange oily liquid. If you used dry jelly, wait until it cools to room temperature.
Carefully and evenly pour the orange gelatin/jelly mixture over the surface of your dessert. If desired, you can add thinly sliced fruits and berries. Place in the refrigerator and wait for the top layer to completely harden.
Also, instead of a large mold, you can use small molds, evenly distributing crushed cookies, curd mass and jelly solution into them.
