The importance of this step was emphasized by the President of the Polish Society for the Study of Pain, Magdalena Kotsot-Kempska, MD.

As a mandatory element of medical documentation, from now on there will also be a pain score card attached to the patient’s medical history. According to the consultant of traditional family medicine prof. Agnieszka Mastalers-Migas, this change will “improve the lives of millions of people struggling with pain.” 27% suffer from chronic pain. adults in Poland, including 55 percent of people over 55.
