The Tax Department compiled a list of the five most common errors in the submission of tax returns, among them - the wrong date, the patronymic name of officials in full.
This was reported by the Central Interregional Department of the State Tax Service for work with large payers.
It is noted that the most common mistakes when filing tax returns:
1. The date of submission of the report is incorrect.
2. Indicate the surname, name, patronymic of officials in full. It should be noted - the initials, the surname of the taxpayer’s officials.
3. Incorrectly indicate the name of the supervisory authority to which the reporting is submitted.
4. Mark the abbreviated name of the taxpayer. Instead, you must specify its full name.
5. Do not display information about the applications attached to the declaration and being an integral part of it.
“It should be remembered that if the taxpayer fails to complete at least one of the mandatory details in the tax return, then such a declaration is not considered a tax declaration, except for the cases established by paragraph 46.4 of Article 46 (paragraph 48.7 of Article 48 of the Code)“, - explained in the Tax.
At the same time, the former Deputy Minister of Economy for Digitalization. Igor Diadyura believes that these errors indicate the imperfection of tax services.
“Everything that should be automatically pulled up and self-filled is “incorrect”. The filing date is incorrectly set, since the date cannot be set automatically according to the current date. No one designs these services properly, and no one even thinks about taxpayers”, wrote Diadyura on Facebook.
Recall that earlier the lawyer spoke about how Ukrainians can avoid double taxation.
