During the current, 397 days of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the aggressor troops launched 7 air and 10 missile strikes, as well as carried out more than 15 shelling from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of our troops and the civilian infrastructure of settlements. For missile strikes, it continues to widely use S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles. There is also a high probability of launching missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine states.
The ground forces of the enemy are still focused on conducting offensive operations in the Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions. The fiercest battles continue for Bakhmut, Avdeevka and Maryinka. In these areas, 41 attacks were repulsed by units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine during the day.
In particular, in the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to storm Bakhmut, which is held by our defenders, as well as the village of Ivanovskoye, Donetsk region. The settlements of Grigorovka, Minkovka, Orekhovo-Vasilovka, Novomarkovo, Bakhmut, Kurdyumovka, Ozaryanovka, Druzhba and Mayorsk were subjected to shelling.
On the Avdeevka and Maryinsky directions, the enemy carried out offensive operations in the direction of Novokalinovoe, Stepnoye, Avdeevka, Severny, Pervomaisky, Nevelsky and Maryinka of the Donetsk region, but had no success. In the areas of the settlements of Novokalinovo, Lastochkino, Pervomayskoye and Marinka, the use of non-lethal aerosol tear grenades by the enemy was recorded.
In the Shakhtyorsk direction, Vuhledar, Prechistovka, Bolshaya Novoselka and Vremovka of the Donetsk region were exposed to fire.
The enemy also tried to conduct offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Sinkovka and Belogorovka in the Kupyansk direction, but they were unsuccessful.
In the Zaporizhia and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to defend the action. During the day, 3 settlements of Donetsk, 6 - Zaporozhye and 2 - Kherson regions, including Kherson itself, were shelled there. In addition, an air strike was carried out on the civilian infrastructure of Berislav.
Recall that representatives of 33 Core Group member states, as well as representatives of the European External Action Service, the European Commission and the Council of Europe have already joined the creation of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
