As Business Insider points out, airlines often carry passengers with disabilities between rows of seats using special seats. These are specially adapted wheelchairs narrow enough to fit in the cabin of an aircraft. Berry was carried in such a chair to the aisle seat, but she was no longer in the car. As the flight attendants allegedly stated, for 27 years there were no problems with wearing diapers during the flight by the disabled.

“The life of a person with a disability can sometimes be humiliating and embarrassing. Unfortunately, this was one of those cases,” Berry said on social media. “I felt humiliated after they told me to my face that I should wear a diaper, although I don’t need it, and that their policy is fine with them,” the woman admitted.
