The Ministry of Education and Science of Poland announced that compulsory shooting lessons will be introduced for Polish schoolchildren. The innovation will take effect from the 2022/2023 academic year.

This was reported by the press service of the Polish MES.

Polish people’s deputies decided to change the basic curriculum for schools and introduce safety lessons.

In particular, schoolchildren will be taught how to shoot from ball and pneumatic weapons and copies of small arms. To do this, educational institutions must have virtual or laser shooting galleries. Simultaneously with the shooting, schoolchildren will be taught how to carry out rescue work in urban areas.

It is noted that schools that already have everything they need should introduce lessons from September 1. For institutions that do not have shooting ranges and weapons, the new rules will come into effect from the next academic year.

Also, in Poland, it was simplified to obtain a Pole’s card for Ukrainians: new conditions.

Also, Ukrainians who found asylum in Poland received access to medical care in this country on an equal basis with its citizens. Provision of medical care for Ukrainians is free.

By the way, Ukrainians will not experience double taxation in Poland.
