Few things in this world are as amazing as the cast Parks and recreation areas (said someone with a cat named cat Benjamin Wyatt). Although the show ended back in 2015, the cast and crew continued to share their love for the series all over the internet, posting photos together, hanging out and genuinely having fun together, even though they are no longer co-stars. So it is not surprising that the actors took to the pickets together! First, Adam Scott And Nick Offerman posed for pictures with each other at a joint picket earlier this month, and now they’ve got the Pawnee troupes together to support the strikes!
On RettaOn an Instagram story, she posted a video of herself and her fellow Pawnee actors ready to strike with their signs. Video shows Ben Schwartz, Alison Becker, Colton Dunn Offerman, Scott Jim O’Hare and one of the most important actors ever to grace the screen Parks and recreation areas: Little Sebastian. The mini horse first appeared when Leslie (Amy Poehler) is trying to attract people to the Harvest Festival to raise money for the city. Ben (Scott) doesn’t understand the cuteness of the little horse, but the two love him. Thus was born the legend of Baby Sebastian. Bring him to the picket lines? It’s just the icing on the Pawnee cake. Unless this cake was from Punch Burger.
Not shown in video but tagged as Aubrey Plaza (who played April Ludgate-Dwyer in the series). Seeing the actors get back together to support the strike while one of the show’s creators, Mike Shuron the WGA negotiating committee is a great look at why this show is so special to so many of us and why we still love this cast.
Bye, bye, little Sebastian
Parks and recreation areas was originally a side idea created by the team behind the US version Office but the show will stand on its own and be something that has inspired so many fans throughout its seven seasons. While it’s no surprise to all who picket in support of the unions they belong to, it’s great to see how much they still love this show and the fans it has brought them. I always knew we could count on you, Little Sebastian.
