How Mermaid hits in cinemas around the world, Entertainment Weekly told how Jody Benson, the voice of Ariel in the original 1989 cartoon classic, was integrated into the live-action adaptation. When ArielHolly Bailey) is finally able to leave the ocean to explore the human world, she goes to the nearby market where many people offer her goods they have to sell. “For me, it was just a huge thrill when Robbie reached out. I’m like, “Of course I’ll come! I don’t care what I do. I just can’t wait to be on set.” and watch you all work. For me, it was just a joy.”

Unfortunately for him, Ariel always knows how to sneak away. And he’s not the only friend of the mermaid during her adventures with Scuttlebutt (Aquafina) and flounder (Jacob Tremblay) Always near.
