Prime Video is gearing up for the summer of love this June, just like its original series. With love returns with a second season. Created Gloria Calderon Kellett (One day at a time), the series offers a look at love in different forms, focusing on two main characters, Lily’s sister (Emeraude Toubia) and Jorge Diaz (Mark Indelicato). As the days draw to a close before the show’s return, Prime Video has released a new teaser for the second season.
Combined with short snippets of new footage, the teaser offers viewers a little bit of everything. It all starts with Jorge, who seems already fed up with having his sister as a roommate. He then shifts to focus more on Lily and Santiago (Rome Flynn) and they seem to be in a good location, but with some disappointments. The family train keeps rolling as the teaser reveals Aunt Lily’s special friend Gladys (Kellett). Finally, the teaser talks about the joy of the show, promising dancing and, of course, love.
The new season kicks off with an as yet unknown engaged couple preparing for their upcoming wedding. Each of the six episodes will take place on the day before the ceremony. It will once again focus on Diaz and their extended family for various holidays, Lily’s birthday, bachelor party and wedding. Meanwhile, Lily and Jorge will continue their romantic pursuits and other business ventures.
