The latest Marvel series. Wonder Man supplemented his composition by adding Demetrius Grosse on the show, according to a new TVLine report. Gross was cast as Eric Williams, the brother of Simon Williams, the alter ego of the titular Wonder Manwho will play Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Candyman, Watchmen, Matrix Resurrections). More recently, Grosse has been seen on television on an AMC program. Fear the walking dead and Apple TV+ Swaggerand Banshee, Brave And Justified.

Wonder Man was created Stan Lee and illustrated Don Heck And Jack Kirby and was first introduced to Marvel Comics in 1964 with Avengers #9. The character is the son of industrialist Sanford Williams. After the death of his beloved father, he takes over their highly successful munitions business, but finds that his success is limited when it comes to directly competing with Tony Stark’s Stark Industries. Simon gains ion-based superpowers, including super strength.

He positions himself as an antagonist Avengers while working under Baron Zemo. However, he later changes his mind and eventually decides to be part of the same superhero team. He then develops an interest in acting, and fellow superhero Hercules helps him make a career in Hollywood.

Who is the Grim Reaper?

According to comic book lore, the character of Eric was considered the “black sheep” of the Williams family. Simon was considered the jewel of the family, and thus his avoidance pushed Eric into a life of crime and violence. He would eventually receive a scythe that was upgraded with coma-inducing abilities while he took on the mantle of the Grim Reaper.

Series in development Destin Daniel Cretton - who led Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings for Marvel, and who is also entrusted with the following Avengers a movie called Kan dynasty. Hawkeye co-producer Andrew Guest also assists in the development of the series. Sir Ben Kingsley it is also planned to reprise his role as Trevor Slattery in the series. Kingsley has previously played the role twice for Marvel, both on the big screen and in Iron Man 3 And Shang Chi. Slattery’s character is an actor, so linking him to Wonder Man’s desire to become an acting star would make perfect sense for the series.
