Blood and honey the quality of Pooh’s costume was like something out of a B movie this left viewers wondering if he was actually a bear or just a crazy person in a Halloween costume. The mask, in particular, retains the cartoonish nature of Pooh’s original storybook look with a horror twist. Soulless, almost black eyes completed the murderous transformation. However, for the sequel, the filmmakers went in the opposite direction. “Realistic” prosthesis with fur texture where you can see the performer’s eyes in their entirety. He said: “The creature prosthetics alone cost over $20,000. So this is a huge difference. But it’s worth it because it’s your creation. This is why people watch horror. In terms of cost, I’d say it’s about 10 to 15 times more expensive than the original.” Why increase the budget? Well the original movie earned almost 6 million dollars at the global box office budget less than $100,000.
