For that price, fans will get a ton of extra features, including featurettes offering key details about each of the show’s seven seasons. Go behind the scenes with hilarious cutscenes and audio commentary from the stars of the show. Also included as a bonus to Season 4 is a tour that will likely take viewers through the transformation of the former Rockland Child Psychiatric Center in Rockland County, New York into the fictional Litchfield Max Minimum Security Prison, where the show takes place during several seasons. from one to five.

OITNB based on Piper Kermana memoir of the same name about her time in the FCI Women’s Prison Danbury, Connecticut. The show primarily focuses on Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling), a privileged New Yorker whose law-abiding life is drastically distorted when she receives a 15-month prison sentence at Litchfield Correctional Facility for the crime she committed as a youth of helping her drug-smuggling ex-girlfriend, Alex Vause (Laura Prepon) to transport a suitcase full of money for drugs. Chapman’s new neighbors in Lichfield include her ex Vause, with whom she begins an on-and-off relationship, to the dismay of supportive fiancé Larry Bloom (Jason Biggs), whom she left behind in the outside world. As Chapman struggles to adjust to prison life, she meets the diverse and often complex personalities that make up Lichfield’s inmates, whose past also comes to the fore.
