The third and final season of the Apple TV+ series is set in a brutal and primitive future, hundreds of years after humanity lost the ability to see. The events of the third and final season of the Apple TV+ series will begin one year after Baba Voss (Momoa) was finally able to defeat his nemesis and brother Edo. After saying goodbye to his family, he decided to live remotely in the forest. Voss is forced to return to Paya to save his tribe when a Trivant scientist develops a destructive new form of precision weaponry that threatens the future of humanity. The all-new trailer begins with Voss living his new comfortable life before moving on to showcase this new weapon, in full display of destructive power as it reduces entire cities to nothing more than rubble. The trailer teases the development of the season with all-out war, a war that Voss has no choice to take part in, and the trailer’s ending shows him taking on several enemy soldiers.
The series features blind or visually impaired cast and crew and has been awarded for visually impaired performance by receiving the 2020 Ruderman Family Foundation Authentic Presentation Badge.
