Who is eligible for the loan?

The loan will be available to a person under 45 years of age who does not have and did not have an apartment, house or cooperative right to an apartment or house. This is not true: the beneficiaries of the “Safe Loan 2%” program. they can manage the real estate, but then they will lose their right to the subsidy for the future and will have to repay the loan with full interest, as if there were no subsidy.
